FAQs
Will you be taking on any new referrals/clients in 2025?
Please note my books are currently closed. I want to ensure I can offer the best possible service to the families I work with, and at this stage I’m unable to take on any new clients. Thank you for your understanding.
What days are you available?
Please note I currently work part time around caring for my family. My current work days are Wednesday-Friday. I will endeavor to return emails and calls on my work day. In 2025, I will be working Mon, Wed & Fri. Thank you for your understanding.
How do we claim using our NDIS funding?
We are not a NDIS registered organisation therefore we cannot service NDIS Agency managed clients. However we can service Self Managed and Plan Managed NDIS clients.
How do we access your service if we don’t have NDIS funding?
Little Mouths Matter is a fee for service, private Speech Pathology practice. At this stage we are not registered with Medicare and primarily support NDIS clients. Please be in touch to discuss private- fee for service assessment packages.
What are your fees?
All services (including both assessment & therapy sessions), liaison, resource development and reports are charged at an hourly rate. Our hour rates (pending your location) are in accordance with the NDIS set fees at the current time. Please refer to the latest NDIS pricing arrangements on the NDIS website. A list of our hourly rates based on the Modified Monash Model can also be found in our Terms of Service.
What’s the best way to contact you?
You can get in touch with us by emailing us (hello@littlemouthsmatter.com.au). Please note I currently work part time around caring for my family. For this reason I am not always able to take your call and contacting us via email would be our preference for contact.
My current work days are Wednesday-Friday.
Do I need a GP referral?
Nope! By submitting our online form, your referral will be sent directly to us. Then we will get in contact with you to see if we are the Speech Pathology service for you.
